I copied this from some other application. I'm not sure if it's the right one for Darkfall:RoA

What do you look for in a video game in order for you to play it? List at least one game which stands out for you and explain why it is superior to the others you have played:
Dynamic roles. I'm not the greatest duelist. I like to use terrain and CC to force someone in position and then blast them. Stuns and snares are my tools. A really good example is pre patch GW2. I had a mesmer that was specced around stuns and snares. I could keep someone stunned for 17 seconds, more than enough to destroy them.
Describe the greatest gaming moment in your life and why it stands out among others (Regarding multi player PC games):
This is an easy one. Shadowbane, it's a dwarf crusader/paladin group and I'm the bard(I made the shadowbane mage bard). Some ASN group tried to take over our spawn on maelstrom. We destroyed them (10v10). They brought back another group (10v15) and we destroyed them again. Target called, locked, then down, ad infinitum. They brought 30 the next time, locked down and destroyed. The next time it was 40+ and we finally fell. There was a video, it might still exist.
Explain briefly your least favorite kind of person to play with (characteristics, personality):
There's 2 parts:
First: The person that thinks they're better than everyone else, and won't take direction.
This is the "You're good, but can't work with a team"
Second: The person thrust upon leadership that won't make a decision.
This is the "You're good, but won't utilize it."
How do you typically handle working with people like the one mentioned above?:
For the first: Give suggestive criticism. See if they can end up being a team player. If not, cut them out.
For the second: It's encouragement. If they continue to fail, cut them out.
Describe an experience where you had to act as a leader (either planned or improvised):
Darkfall. Playing with the (Drunken) Dreadnaughts. I think we were defending spiral peak. UDL was leading a siege on some other city. Our job was to defend. The battle raged on at [whatever city they were attacking]. Our two groups were sitting around at spiral, possibly drinking. We're practicing being launched into trees. Lazlo gets too drunk and passes out, at the top of spiral. We get attacked. They go after Laz, who I'm standing by. I used knockback and threw him off the top of spiral, two guys attacking him. The best part is we had guys in the trees, literally. I called a wait, we let the 3ish groups roll in, I kept knocking Laz around, and the once they were all in range I called attack. We slaughtered them. Out of the trees. As I was frantically calling Laz, trying to get him to wake up. At least that's how I remember it.
What sort of things define a good leader to you?:
The ability to command, and then say I was wrong. You can be wrong as a leader, you can make bad decisions. But when you start blaming everyone else you lose my respect.
Darkfall related (!)
What sort of role will you prefer in Darkfall?:
As I said, I like support. Mage support by preference.
How much time will you be able to play Darkfall Rise of Agon each day:
My schedule's weird. I work nights, and I work a Weds/Thurs one week then a Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat/Sun the next. The nights I'm available I'm good from like 4 PM to 6 AM. I'm the perfect late night warrior. I have to be up those times.
Did you play the original Darkfall? If so, for how long?:
I did, at least until the 2nd server merge.
If you answered 'YES' above, use this section to talk about what you liked/disliked about Darkfall and any interesting experiences you had in it:
Oh man, I remember House Vrys waking up at 4 AM to defend a village. And winning, most of the time.
What is going to be your main gaming motivation while playing Darkfall?:
The thrill of the fight. I want to be part of a group that wins.
Clan related (!)
Why did you apply to Covert Operations?:
Kesl. Or whatever he's going by now. And Spades. He's a pretty good guy, most of the time.
How will you be an asset to Covert Operations?:
You guys are all leet PVPers. I'm mediocre at top tier PvP, but I'm a great CC guy.
Do you have any friends in the clan? If so, list who they are and give a brief history with them:
Kesl and Solron, Obviously.
Previous clan(s) & the reason why you left:
Besides HV, I took a long hiatus. I got bored with it all. I delved into exploration games for a while. The needed release wasn't there. I'm back into MMOs.
How involved were you in your previous clans? (Leadership positions, politics, etc):
Tough question to answer. Depends on the RP aspect. If it's RP related I will go in all the way. I used to shout Irekei rhetoric in the main towns in shadowbane. The funny part about it, before 9/11 I could do that. Now, I'd get arrested. I helped start an isolationist group in shadowbane.
I love the RP aspect. But if it isn't there, then I have no desire to get into politics.
